Ray Stanis, the owner, has forty-two years experience in the trade; the first fifteen as a jig-bore/jig-grinder hand, and the balance involved in CNC programming/machining.
The four people who work with Ray started the trade at MBR and were trained in a formal five year apprenticeship. All the toolmakers are capable of processing, programming, cutting and inspecting the part.
