Over the last five years, we have been refining our skills in milling tool steels in the 62/65Rc hardness range. As this segment of our business grew, we soon needed the capability to hold positional and profile accuracies of .0002" (5 microns). With the Yasda CNC JigBorer coupled with Catia's manufacturing software, we routinely achieve those tolerances.
